Excellent service and very professional. Two lovely ladies Tasleem and Carina went above and beyond our expectations. They cleaned for ten hours straight without any breaks. Really amazed at their level of dedication and professionalism. And Shah was very helpful with going through the process and sent communications on time. Would definitely recommend them.

They were able to fit in with my dates, at about 7-10 days' notice, so that the end-of-tenancy clean was completed in time. The initial response was quick and their office was available via text, Whatsapp and email. Payment terms were to pay on the arrival of the cleaners and they called me 30 mins before the cleaners had finished so I could go and check on the work before the cleaners left. The results were very good - a heavily limescaled shower door was completely cleaned, as was a very dirty oven. Disinfectant was used and the floors left very clean. Windows also spotless. Two years or more of grime was removed in about 6 hours (charge was for the day, so unaffected by how long it actually took to complete the clean). The outside of the front door was also cleaned of spatters of grime etc. I would use the service again if needed. No cleaning is cheap but I felt it was good value for money - the effective hourly rate per cleaner was about £20.

Excellent service, the communication was very good and helpful. The lady who came to our house was lovely and very professional. She cleaned a bathroom to an incredibly high standard and left it sparkling. Would definitely recommend this business.

I had just moved into my new home and there were cobwebs and dust everywhere and the ladies went above and beyond to make everything look brand new. So grateful. They were kind and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. The communication throughout was an even bigger plus because that’s hard to find these days. Exceptional Service A few weeks ago, I contacted this team to perform a deep clean at my friend's house in Luton, and they executed the task with remarkable results. This time, I entrusted them with the cleaning of my own property, and they delivered an outstanding result, meeting my high expectations. I have no intention of seeking services elsewhere. Highly recommended! I booked Luton House Cleaning to do a deep clean at my friends property in Luton. The only thing that put me off was the fact that they take payment in advance due to their policy which I was not too keen on but after reading their reviews on Google, I went ahead with the booking. True to their word the ladies turnt up with all necessary equipment and products I was there personally with my friend to inspect it after completion.
