Mohammed Abu Aisha2024-09-13I don't often leave reviews these days except in 2 circumstances: either 1) the service was so lamentable that I feel obliged to warn others or 2) the service was outstanding that I feel compelled to pen down my commendation! PS: the 2 pictures of my garage is just a glimpse into the transformational magic Luton House cleaning have drummed up in my house. I received a few quotes from different companies but would stood out about Luton House cleaning were the following points: 1) Communication Shah was very quick in returning my calls and responding to my messages. I had shown him multiple videos outlining the keys areas I had wanted the cleaners to pay attention to. There was a lot of rubble in the garage and builders dust everywhere. Shah was clear on what can be done and what can't. He was also insistent that at the end of the job a person should inspect the work the cleaners have done to ensure all parties are satisfied. Price was made clear to us and paperwork was received promptly including the names of the cleaners that I would be welcoming in. 2) Professionalism I had presented my angst about the type of mops that would be exposed to my laminate flooring as it can be delicate. Shah said they equip cleaners with both steam mop and traditional mops and I can specify which areas to apply each equipment. I also really liked how the cleaners organised the rooms. I had equipment everywhere etc. they had gathered everything together and put it in the corner of each room. Everything was tidy. Not to forget, they had cleaned on one of the HOTTEST days of the year!!! 3) Trust I had to manage this from afar. The team had arranged pickup of the keys and drop off too. They were in constant communication with me throughout the day sending me pictures and videos. I have no qualms about recommending them or using them in the future. The cleaner did an exceptional job, completely removing the limescale and all the stubborn stains in the bathroom, leaving everything sparkling clean.
