We understand each and every client is an individual and therefore have different requirements, this helps us to find out your expectations and tailor our services to meet your needs when you contact us.

Once you have been allocated a cleaner we will always aim to send the same cleaner every time we are due to attend except on the rare occasion your cleaner is unable to work due to illness or holidays. In this situation we will aim to send you an alternative member of our team or reschedule your clean with your regular cleaner if you prefer.

In the event that it becomes necessary to reschedule or modify your appointment, kindly provide a notice of at least 24 hours. This will allow us to allocate our cleaner for other assignments. Should the circumstance arise where our cleaner has already arrived at your location and is turned away at the door, a nominal fee of £5 will be levied to your account for the incurred travel expenses. 

For all regular domestic cleans you will need to supply your own cleaning equipment. Given the substantial demand for deep clean reservations, our equipment is not always accessible. However, we offer the option to bring our cleaning chemicals for a small nominal supplementary charge.
Additionally, we offer recommendations on preferred cleaning chemicals which will be listed on the welcome pack that we will email to you after the booking process, allowing you enough time to procure them prior to the scheduled booking.

Our domestic cleaning services include:

  •  Vacuum and mop floors
  • Dust surfaces
  • Dust furniture
  • Dust window sills and frames
  • Remove cobwebs from walls and ceilings
  • Clean, disinfect showers and tubs
  • Clean, disinfect toilet and sink
  • Clean, disinfect kitchen countertops
  • Wipe all the front of units and cupboards
  • Clean all the front of appliances
  • Change bed sheets (upon request)
  • Make beds (upon request)
  • Empty trash

For all regular domestic cleaning, we exclusively dispatch one female cleaner. It’s important to note that this cleaner is not authorised to lift or relocate any heavy objects, as doing so could pose a risk of injury to herself or potential damage to the property. 

For all weekly regular cleans our service costs just £15 per hour.

Please note that we are no longer taking on fortnightly and monthly domestic cleaning services.

For all regular domestic cleans we require payments to be made within 48 hours after your clean or you may set up a standing order.

Payments can be made in cash, or via bank transfer or you can set up a standing order.

Important Notice for Clients, Landlords, and Estate Agents Regarding Key Management.

In accordance with our company policy, all outstanding invoices and payments must be cleared before we return any keys following the termination of our cleaning services. This policy was put in place due to past experiences where payments were not settled after keys were returned. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
