Luton House provided me with a superb service from their customer service through to the deep clean itself. They accommodated my last minute booking and handled it very professionally, providing me with all the necessary details. The cleaners did a thorough job, leaving my apartment spotless. They attended to every request of mine and went above and beyond to ensure the finish was exceptional. I would highly recommend them based on my experience.

Amazing team! Called Shah to do a deep clean in my home at very, very short notice and he did such a fantastic job. His team were amazing and just knew what to do with no supervision.
As he mentioned, they aim for a 5* service to their customers and indeed, they exceeded my expectation. I’ll definitely use their service again.

I used this company to do a deep clean of selected rooms in my house. They were excellent. The people who cleaned were friendly, punctual and did a great job. The owner was easy to communicate with, too.

We have just moved in to our first home and the sellers left it quite dirty (they hadn’t even run a cloth over the worktop before they left). Since we had so much else to sort out we booked a kitchen and bathroom deep clean and I can confirm it was worth every single penny. The Luton House Cleaning team were thorough and cleaned to an exceptionally high standard.
Really impressed and will be recommending them to friends and family and have them back to clean the carpets too.

I was so impressed Shaheeda and Sadat did an amazing job and they did not stop working until the job was complete. Every inch of the bathroom was given a deep clean. The shower, windows, skirting, wash basin, bath, tiles, toilet and walls were all left gleaming. They even managed to do the ceiling for us too, going above and beyond to leave us with the most beautifully clean bathroom. It was worth every penny and I would highly recommend both them and the company. Their Customer Service is outstanding, including the way they kept me informed with every detail, ensuring I was happy. Shaheeda and Sadat were professional and so polite. They turned up on time and bought all of the equipment and products needed. They instantly put you at ease with their friendly nature and are a credit to your company. I will definitely be using your services again because of them in the next couple of weeks. I only hope I can request to have them back again too!

It was a great experience getting my 3 bedroom property deep cleaned. Booking was very easy. Professional and polite staff members..
A team of 2 lovely ladies came in with a big huge bag of products and a lot of equipment.

Luton House cleaning were amazing from start to finish. They provided an extremely professional service with fantastic communication throughout my experience with them. The cleaners were also very polite and friendly whilst doing an incredible job on my property. 5 stars! Quick and clear quote and communication from day 1. I had to reschedule the day of the clean due to our delays, which was no problem to do. The ladies arrived early, were so friendly, helpful and worked tirelessly for hours. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

I was in a very desperate situation. I had to get a 4 bed property deep cleaned within 48 hours as it was my own fault for leaving everything at the last minute. I was at risk of losing my deposit which was on hold by the landlord. Luton House Cleaning came to my rescue. It was a big success. Thank you to Shah the Luton area manager, he sent out a team of 2 lovely ladies the next day who were super experienced and did a fabulous job, I was well impressed. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Would definitely recommend. I contacted the company as we needed our carpets cleaned and spoke to Shah, who came in to check on the carpets before writing up an invoice and booking me in. It didnt take that long for the process to begin and finish. He was very understanding, as we had a big wardrobe in one of the rooms we were unable to move, but he was happy with working around it. Very pleased with the end result, the carpets look and feel like brand new. Cannot express how happy we are, as we were contemplating changing the carpets instead, but are happy with this result. Thank you.

They were very helpful and attentive from the first phone call and aimed to meet expectations and delivery a great cleaning service. The flat was very dusty and the ladies moved things out of the way and cleaned in places which had the most dust. So, am happy with the service and recommend anyone looking for a quality cleaning service that doesn't break the bank!

I called for an exit clean in a rented property and the booking process was easy, the cleaners let me know when they arrived so I could meet them at the address. The cleaners were very good and efficient.

We recently moved in to our new house and noticed the garage had been somewhat neglected. It was full of dead spiders, cobwebs and excessive dust.
We contacted Luton House Cleaning and they were quick to respond. They don't normally do garage cleaning but after conducting a survey, they agreed to it. They also agreed to trimming and clearing our lawn for us. Very enthusiastic and clearly passionate about the work.
The staff attended on time (actually turned up early - which is a bonus for me). The two staff members got right to it and about an hour and half later, the garage was very clean. No webs, no spiders, no dust. There was money the staff found in the garage, which they informed us of. This shows the level of professionalism and honesty!
They also trimmed the lawn and cleared the rubbish. At the end they sprayed a substance in the garage, it has been a week and we have not seen any spiders or other bugs/insects in the garage.
Highly recommended. Very professional, honest, thorough and enthusiastic service offered. I will definitely be using them again if it comes to it!

Highly recommended! We had recently had a baby so had slacked on our cleaning, we saw how well rated Luton House Cleaning were and so we booked them for a deep clean. We are really satisfied with the job they have done today, very high standards and really friendly and polite service. The attention to detail was so impressive and would happily use them again.

Luton House Cleaning is amazing.
Fantastic service. I had my first end of tenancy clean but I was a bit spectical because they take payment in advance, but fair play it was not a mistake, they was true to their word.
The girls arrived on time and they were very experienced and hard working. They did a great job.

Highly recommend using Luton House Cleaning for any kind of cleaning service. These guys cleaned my home. Since i have been working from home i haven't had the time to give the house a proper deep clean. So a good friend recommended these guys and they exceeded my expectations. Second time using their services. Used them for a deep clean this time. Extremely punctual. Quick responses from management. Managed to remove years of baked on dirt in the oven. They even managed to clean the built on limescale in the bathroom. Definitely recommend for end of tenancy deep clean.

Used their carpet cleaning service. They initially gave us a time frame window for how long the service would take but specified that it depended on the current state of the carpets. Very punctual despite the crazy snowy conditions that happened that day. We thought the carpets were in good condition initially but we never realised how dirty the carpeted steps were. The current carpets after the clean look brand new. Very responsive. Good value, punctual, and friendly staff. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

We have been using Luton house cleaning for over a year now and can not recommend it highly enough. They are very responsive from the first point of contact and deliver good quality and good value for money every time. The cleaners are always on time and have been professional on every visit.
