For all end of tenancy cleans, deep cleans, builders cleans and one off cleans we require payment in advance on the day of the clean when our cleaners have arrived at your property with all the necessary equipment to enable us to continue to provide the best possible service.

Payments can be made in cash, or via bank transfer.

We are sure you will be fully satisfied with your clean, however if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your clean we will send out one of our agents while your allocated cleaner is present and if our agent agrees the clean is not up to our usual high standards we will send you another cleaner to amend the issue without any extra charge.

We will bring our own cleaning supplies and this will be included in the price quoted without any extra charge.

For all end of tenancy cleans and deep cleans we cover all the following tasks:

• Deep clean all the rooms in the property. Including hallways and landings. All light furniture moved dusted and cleaned around and underneath.
• Deep clean all appliances (Oven, Extractor, Fridge/Freezer etc.)
• We will clean all internal doors and door frames.
• Clean all internal windows, window frames.
• Blinds cleaned individually (At extra cost)
• All radiators, all skirting boards, all radiator pipes dusted and cleaned.
• Dust walls and ceilings, all light fittings, lamp shades, sockets, mirrors of all sizes dusted and cleaned.
• Deep clean bathrooms, basin, toilet system, bath tub, lime scale removed, and all areas disinfected.
• Deep clean kitchen including outside, on top of and inside units/cupboards, tiles, and have the oven extractor and hob professionally cleaned.  Deep clean all sink basin area, including all cutlery, dishes and pans washed for all furnished and empty properties.
  
• All empty storage/cupboards, around the property cleaned from the inside and outside and all areas sanitized and disinfected.
• Carpets vacuumed.
• All hard floors vacuumed and mopped.

  For all furnished properties, our female staff members are not authorised to engage in the lifting or movement of any heavy items, such as appliances and furniture. This policy is in place to mitigate the potential risk of causing injury to themselves and to prevent any potential damage to the property.
